    Within 3 days I received my package. The charger does have the green dot and was in the new original packaging.

    I just received my adapter in the mail [...] Very prompt service. There is no green dot. Apple recalled adapters without a green dot from the USA last fall. I live in the USA, so the adapter I received is a potential fire hazard [...]

    Worked like a charm!
    After pricing these in the stores, I wasn’t willing to pay 29 – 39 bucks for it. Luckily I found it here at a great price. Works fine with my new iphone 3Gs without any problems.

    The price was so good to be true. I wanted to buy an original power adapter and the title in this item made me think I was going to get what I was looking for. Unfortunately the adapter I received didn’t work and after looking at the fine print where the prongs are, I realized it has misspellings! Something Apple would never allow. It is very bad and ethically incorrect that customers are tricked with this product.

    The power adapter came in within my delivery estimate, so that makes me happy, as I am leaving for school I wanted to get it in before I left. The one I received has the green dot, so I know it’s safe for use.
    I put my iPod to charge last night while I slept, because that is the best time for me, and I do not like leaving my computer on over night. Turns out (I did not know that) that since I do not have it plugged into my computer I can still play my music while it’s charging. Very happy about that. I am very pleased with this product, and plan on using it whenever my iPod battery gets low (unless I need to add new songs to it.)

    Is this the correct output voltage??
    FYI: This is listed here as 5 V output, put Apple Support says their adapter for Ipod Classic is 12 V
    (I give it 4 four stars because I am only here to ask this…

    USB Adapter Charger for Apple Itouch Green Dot
    Nice little charger great for travel and tucks easily away in your purse. Not bulky but the prongs protrude so you have to protect them.
